I was absolutely shocked to find a shared bathroom situation, which they woudl ve been more forthright about! The shower had no water, and I had to towel-bathe in my sink. On top of that, a complimentary gesture would ve been nice considering I had to deal with all these inconveniences. Really couldn’t have imagined worse service at a hotel!
